The following may be permitted in the P district sub- ject to the issuance of a conditional use permit: a) Convalescent hospitals, nursing homes, rest homes, and extended care facilities. b) Hospitals, but excluding mental hospitals. c) Churches and accessory church buildings. d) Public buildings and public utility buildings and structures including electric distribution and transmission substations. e) Nursery schools.
