Uses subject to a conditional use permit <br /> in the P district. <br /> <br /> The following may be permitted in the P district sub- <br />ject to the issuance of a conditional use permit: <br /> <br />a) Convalescent hospitals, nursing homes, rest <br /> homes, and extended care facilities. <br /> <br />b) Hospitals, but excluding mental hospitals. <br /> <br />c) Churches and accessory church buildings. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Public buildings and public utility buildings <br />and structures including electric distribution <br />and transmission substations. <br /> <br />e) Nursery schools. <br /> <br /> <br />
