'356, 0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89- <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> 2. The "Findings of Fact Regarding Significant Environmental <br />Effects" set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein, are hereby approved and adopted by the Agency. <br /> <br /> 3. The Agency further finds and determines that any and <br />all unavoidable significant environmental effects of the Bristol <br />Corridor Redevelopment Project are acceptable for the reasons set <br />forth in "Statement of Overriding Considerations," attached hereto <br />as Exhibit B, and incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 4.
