NS- 2041 <br />PAGE EIGHTEEN <br /> <br />convenient by both the City and the holder, such reports <br />may be on the basis of the calendar year of operations. <br /> <br />SECTION 15: That section 32-15.4 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 32-15.4. Same--Equipment, employees and insurance <br /> policies. <br /> <br /> Every holder of a permit shall keep complete records <br />of all automotive and other equipment, employees, includ- <br />ing drivers, and records of insurance policies required by <br />this chapter as well as a record of all claims made and <br />judgments entered against such holder. <br /> <br />SECTION 16: That section 32-15.5 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 32-15.5. Same--Daily trip sheets. <br /> <br /> Every driver of a vehicle for hire shall maintain a <br />daily trip sheet. <br /> <br />SECTION 17: That section 32-15.6 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 32-15.6. Same--Availability for examination. <br /> <br /> Ail records and reports, trip sheets, and other data <br />prescribed to be maintained and kept under this chapter <br />shall be preserved by the holder of the permit in a safe <br />place for at least one year after date of the instrument, <br />and all such records shall be available for examination and <br />inspection at all reasonable times by the director of finance, <br />and other authorized officials of the city. Each holder shall <br />forthwith, at the request of the city manager or his delegate, <br />provide any other information relevant to the operation and <br />ownership of the holder, including, but not limited to, names, <br />and addresses of all partners, shareholders, officers and <br />directors, corporate papers and permits, minutes books, and <br />lists of shareholders. <br /> <br /> <br />
