Operational standards in the C2 district. <br /> <br /> (a) All business activities in th~.~C2 district <br /> shall be conducted and l?cate~ with~j~ n ~nclosed building, <br /> except as otherwise provided i~-~t~4~7194, and <br /> except that the following~, lnes~~t~es, to the <br /> extent permitted unde~c~o.n_~4~3~nd.~ection 41- <br /> ~77.5, m~~X~P~a enclosed building: <br /> <br /> (3) ~cr~~ or~ment use~ <br /> (4) <br /> ~ L 1~ h~'~'~pme~m~''r a ~~,,~.~ ~ent_L .... . <br /> (5) T~ler, tractor and boat sales. <br /> <br /> (6) Open-air markets, swap-meets, and fairgrounds. <br /> <br /> (7) Open-air car washes. <br /> <br /> (8) Trailer parks and camps. <br /> <br /> (b) No sales shall be made directly from a building <br /> to persons on a public sidewalk, either through a window <br /> or similar opening or by means of a coin-operated device. <br /> <br /> (c) Service stations, auto repair, and auto body <br /> garages are subject to the following require- <br /> ments: <br /> <br /> 1. No outdoor overnight vehicle storage is <br /> permitted. <br /> <br /> 2. No auto repair or auto body activity within <br /> 300 feet of property zoned or used for <br /> residential purposes shall be conducted before <br /> 7:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m. on any day of the <br /> week. <br /> <br /> <br />
