NS-2058 4/4/90 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING DIVISIONS 10 AND 23 <br /> OF ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER 41 OF THE SANTA <br /> ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REPLACE THE CD (CIVIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT) USE DISTRICT REGULATIONS WITH <br /> GC (GOVERNMENT CENTER) USE DISTRICT REGU- <br /> LATIONS AND TO REVISE THE O OPEN SPACE) <br /> USE DISTRICT REGULATIONS. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That the title of Division 10 of Article III of <br />Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> DIVISION 10. GC (GOVERNMENT CENTER) <br /> <br />SECTION 2: That section 41-341 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Sec. 41-341. Applicability of division. <br /> <br /> GC (Government Center) districts are specifically <br /> subject to the regulations contained in this division. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: That section 41-342 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Sec. 41-342. Purpose. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the Government Center district is to <br /> provide for orderly governmental development, free of <br /> inconsistent uses. <br /> <br />SECTION 4: That section 41-343 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Sec. 41-343. Uses permitted in the GC district. <br /> <br /> The following uses are permitted in the GC district: <br /> government buildings, public utility facilities, flood <br /> control structures, and uses accessory thereto. <br /> <br />SECTION 5: That section 41-345 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />513 <br /> <br /> <br />
