Those parcels of real property shown collectively as <br />area I on Exhibit 1 are hereby reclassified from their current <br />zoning designations to the GC (Government Center) use district. <br /> <br /> 6. That parcel of real property shown as area A on <br />Exhibit 2 is reclassified from the R1 (Single-family residential) <br />use district to the O (Open-space) use district. <br /> <br /> 7. That parcel of real property shown as area A on <br />Exhibit 3 is reclassified from the R4 (Suburban Apartment) use <br />district to the O (Open-space) use district. <br /> <br /> 8. Section 5 of this ordinance shall not become effective <br />until such time as an ordinance establishing zoning regulations <br />for the GC (Government Center) use district becomes effective. <br /> <br /> 9.
