In addition, aquifers shall be dewatered and subgrade <br />slabs and walls shall be waterproofed if necessary. <br /> <br />Findings= The mitigation <br />completely mitigate impacts <br />perched groundwater. <br /> <br />measures described above will <br />related to erosion, runoff and <br /> <br />VII.
