NS-20?2 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br /> 303 SOUTH ORANGE AVENUE FROM THE R3 <br /> (MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE) DISTRICT <br /> TO THE SD (SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT) DIS- <br /> TRICT AND ADOPTING SPECIFIC DEVELOP- <br /> MENT PLAN NO. 57. <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment A~'~c~n~o. 1040 has been <br />filed to make a certain c~ i~n~ng district designation <br />of certain real ~~as~~r s~t forth; and <br /> WH~S~la~C~m~sion ~ter duly noticed <br />public ~~~ o~kd~approv~/~he change in use <br />distric%d~'~ion a~ed i~,~e~dment Application; <br />and the %p~~Sp~ 5~~ No. 57 for said <br />pr°perty;Vnd ~~~%~"~ <br /> ~HE~~ ~, a~ter d~ly noticed public <br />hearing, h~ ~nej~,~h~t the change in use district <br />designa~~ the abovesaid Amendment Application and <br />the app~ Develop. m~n~t ~n_~ 57, are justified <br />by the public necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
