NS- 2087 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br /> ANA REVISING THE OFF STREET RESI- <br /> DENTIAL PARKING REGULATIONS IN THE <br /> ZONING CHAPTER OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That Article XV is hereby added to Chapter 41 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, which said article reads as follows: <br /> <br /> ARTICLE XV. OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> <br /> DIVISION 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> Secs. 41-1300--41-1319. Reserved. <br /> <br /> DIVISION 2. RESIDENTIAL STANDARDS <br /> <br /> Sec. 41-1320. Single-family dwellings. <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br /> single-family dwellings are as follows: <br /> <br /> Four spaces. <br /> <br /> (b) Of the spaces required by subsection (a), two spaces <br /> shall be in an enclosed garage. The remaining spaces may be <br /> tandem spaces in a driveway. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1321. Two-family and three-family dwellings. <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements for each <br />dwelling unit in a two-family or three-family dwelling are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Three spaces plus one additional space for each bedroom <br />in excess of two bedrooms. <br /> <br /> (b) Of the spaces required by subsection (a), two spaces <br />shall be in an enclosed garage. The remaining spaces may be <br />tandem spaces in a driveway, provided such driveway spaces may <br />not obstruct access to parking spaces serving any other unit. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1322.
