ORDINANCE NO. NS- 2091 <br />PAGE NINE <br /> <br />identified as such, in an amount of spaces not less than <br />25 per cent of the minimum required spaces under <br />subsections (a) and (b) of this section, but in no case <br />less than three spaces. Such guest parking shall be <br />open and outside any secured area. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1323. Care homes. <br /> <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br />care homes are as follows: <br /> <br />One space for each three beds. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1324. Lodging houses. <br /> <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br />lodging houses are as follows: <br /> <br />One space for each guest room, or one space for <br />each 150 square feet of sleeping area, whichever <br />is greater; plus two enclosed spaces for use by the <br />operator of the lodging house and two guest spaces. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1325. Senior citizen establishments. <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements <br />for senior citizen establishments, pertaining to spaces <br />reserved for residents who are 62 years of age or older, <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />One space for each one-bedroom dwelling unit. <br /> <br />One and one-half spaces for each two-bedroom dwelling <br />unit. <br /> <br /> (b) Of the spaces required by subsection (a) at <br />least one space per unit shall be in a garage or under <br />carport. <br /> <br /> (c) In addition to the requirements of subsection <br />(a) of this section, senior citizen establishments shall <br />provide guest parking spaces, identified as such, in an <br />amount not less than 15 percent of the minimum number of <br />spaces required under subsection (a) of this section. <br />such guest parking spaces shall be open and outside of <br />any secured area. <br /> <br /> <br />
