SI~VICE STATION DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br /> <br />045 <br /> <br />In addition to the zoning standards applicable for this use, the fol <br />design standards apply to service stations and accompanying uses: <br /> <br />A five (5) foot minimum planter should be provided the <br />footprint of all buildings except at pedestrian vehicular <br />entrances to said buildings where feasible. <br /> <br />2.
