<br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-2107 <br /> <br />SECTION 11. <br /> <br />SECTION 12. <br /> <br />BUILDING DIVISION <br /> <br />A. Comply with all requirements resulting from plan check <br />review of complete engineered plans. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&R's) shall <br />be provided which require future tenants and property <br />owners to participate in the required Transportation <br />Demand Management Program and other mitigation measures <br />as specified in the Environmental Impact Report. <br /> <br />B. Each future structure(s) shall be required to submit <br />for Site Plan Review to ensure conformity with the <br />Master Plan and certified Environmental Impact Report, <br />providing the opportunity to apply conditions to ensure <br />compliance. <br /> <br />C. Prior to issuance of Utility Release, complete the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Comply with <br />the approved <br />Final EIR. <br /> <br />all mitigation measures applicable to <br />Site Plan and as set forth in the <br /> <br />2. Comply with the requirements of the Development <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />3.
