<br />122 ORDINANCE NO. NS-2l07 <br /> <br />E. Satellite dishes at ground level or on the roof of each <br />building. Prior to issuance of building permits, landscape plans <br />shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning <br />Division as to conformance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />B. There shall be the following minimum building setbacks <br />for any new building along Grand Avenue: <br /> <br />1. There shall be a minimum building setback of 20 <br />feet from the property line for any new building <br />not exceeding 100 feet in height, including <br />mechanical and storage appurtenances. <br /> <br />2.
