Homeowners associations in the Rl-4000 <br />district. <br /> <br />All development projects in the Rl-4000 district must be <br />subject to conditions, covenants and restrictions that provide <br />for the following: <br /> <br />1) A homeowner's association authorized to the administer <br />and enforce the covenants, conditions and restrictions. <br /> <br />2) A property maintenance program addressing the physical <br />maintenance of the required front yards, street oriented <br />side yards and property held in common by the homeowners' <br />association. <br /> <br />3) A design review board to enforce the long term <br />aesthetic integrity of the project. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-245.12. Minimum development site size and street <br />frontage in the Rl-4000 district. <br /> <br />All development projects in the Rl-4000 district shall have <br />a project site size of at least one acre (43,560 square feet) <br />and street frontage of at least 200 lineal feet. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-245.13.
