<br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-2111 <br />PAGE TWENTY-FIVE <br /> <br />1.971 <br /> <br />(1) If the building is less than sixty (60) feet high, the <br />minimum average setback is thirty (30) feet plus six (6) <br />inches for each foot by which the building's height exceeds <br />fifty (50) feet. <br /> <br />(2) If the building is sixty (60) feet high or higher the <br />minimum average setback is thirty-five (35) feet. <br /> <br />(c) The side yard minimum average setback for a building <br />more than forty-five (45) feet high in a Class III or Class IV <br />development is as follows: <br /> <br />(1) If the building is less than fifty (50) feet high, the <br />minimum average setback is twenty-two and one-half (221/2) <br />feet plus six (6) inches for each foot by which the building's <br />height exceeds forty-five (45) feet. <br /> <br />(2) If the building is fifty (50) feet high or higher, the <br />minimum average setback is twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> <br />(d) The rear yard minimum average setback for a building <br />more than forty-five (45) feet high in a Class III or Class IV <br />development is as follows: <br /> <br />(1) If the building is less than fifty (50) feet high, the <br />minimum average setback is twenty-seven and one-half (271/2) <br />feet plus six (6) inches for each foot by which the building's <br />height exceeds forty-five (45) feet. <br /> <br />(2) If the building is fifty (50) feet high or higher the <br />minimum average setback is thirty (30) feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 40: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by adding a section, to be numbered 41-269, which said <br />section reads as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-269. Building height. <br /> <br />., <br />I <br /> <br />(a) Buildings in Class I, Class II or Class III developments <br />shall not exceed the following height limitations. <br /> <br />(1) In Class I developments: Thirty-five (35) feet. <br /> <br />(2) In Class II developments: Forty-five (45) feet. <br /> <br />(3) In Class III developments: Sixty (60) feet. <br /> <br />(b) There is no height limitation on buildings in a Class IV <br />development. <br /> <br />25 <br />
