NS-2111 <br />PACiE THIRTY-ONE <br /> <br />203 <br /> <br />provisions of this division in order to clarify the general <br />application of such provisions. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />(b) The planning commission is further authorized to set <br />development objectives for individual proposed multiple-family <br />dwelling developments. Such objectives shall be consistent <br />with the provisions of this division and shall be for the <br />purpose of clarifying the' application of such provisions <br />specifically to the proposed development and promoting the <br />purposes of this division. <br /> <br />(c) Development project plans approved pursuant to sections <br />41-668--41-674 for multiple-family dwelling developments shall <br />be consistent with any and all regulations or development <br />objectives established pursuant to this section which are <br />applicable to such development, subject to the appeal process <br />set forth in said sections. <br /> <br />SECTION 50: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by adding a division, to be numbered 6 and consisting of <br />sections to be numbered 41-273 through 41-288, to Article III of <br />Chapter 41, which said division reads as follows: <br /> <br />DIVISION 6. TOWNHOUSE STANDARDS <br /> <br />Sec. 41-273. Applicability of division. <br /> <br />Townhouse developments are specifically subject to the <br />regulations contained in this division. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-274. Minimum development site size. <br /> <br />The minimum development site size shall be 12,000 square <br />feet of contiguous land, with a minimum street frontage of one <br />hundred (100) feet. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-275. Minimum lot area per unit. <br /> <br />The minimum lot area shall be 3,000 square feet per unit. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-276. <br /> <br />Minimum street frontage. <br /> <br />The minimum <br />hundred (200) <br />yard setback. <br /> <br />street frontage required on a lot shall be two <br />feet, as measured from the back of the front <br /> <br />31 <br />
