NS-2118 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AMENDING CHAPTER 41 OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE <br />DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR SERVICE <br />STATIONS AND AUTOMOBILE SERVICING <br />AND AUTO MOBILE REPAIR FACILITIES. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: <br />a section, <br />follows: <br /> <br />That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is amended by adding <br />to be numbered 41-19, which said section reads as <br /> <br />Sec. 41-19. Automobile repair. <br /> <br />Automobile repair is the repair of motor vehicles, <br />including the repair or replacement of engines and transmis- <br />sions, body and fender repair, and the installation of non- <br />factory-installed products except those specified in section <br />41-20. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: That section 41-151 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-151. Service stations. <br /> <br />A service station is a filling station which supplies <br />motor fuel and oil to motor vehicles and which may also <br />include automobile servicing, the sale of motor vehicle <br />accessories, and other retail sales. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: That section 41-365 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-365. Uses permitted in the CI district. <br /> <br />The following uses are permitted in the CI district: <br /> <br />(a) Retail and service uses. <br /> <br />(b) Professional, administrative and business <br />offices. <br /> <br />(c) Automobile parking lots and parking structures. <br /> <br />1 <br />
