ORDINANCE NO. NS-2118 285' SECTION 13: a section, follows: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is amended by adding to be numbered 41-494, which said section reads as Sec. 41-494. service stations, automobile servicing, and automobile repair in the M2 district. In addition to the provisions of this chapter for commercial uses, service stations and automobile servl.cl.ng are subject to the requirements of 41-374, and automobile repair is subject to the requirements of 41-385. SECTION 14: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding a section, to be numbered 41-689, which said section reads as follows: sec. 41-689. Non-conforming service stations. When a non-conforming service station is rehabilitated or intensified, or a use is changed on the premises, the 15 foot street frontage setback requirement may be reduced provided that an equivalent area of landscaping is provided at a location on-site in the view of the public street and approved by the Planning Manager. SECTION 15: That section 41-1347 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 41-1347. Automobile repair and automobile servicing. (a) automobile follows: The minimum off-street parking requirements for repair and automobile serivicing facilities are as 4 spaces for each 1000 square feet of gross floor area. (b) Vehicle repair bays automobile servicing facilities parking spaces. in automobile shall not be repair and counted as SECTION 16: Those "Service station Design and Development Stan- dards" set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein are hereby adopted as development design and architectural standards applicable to service stations for purposes of section 41-670 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. Said standards may hereafter be amended or repealed by resolution of the city council. 7
