<br />483 <br /> <br />No laundromat use may be initiated within 300 feet of any <br />individual tenant space having more than 5% of its floor <br />area used for electronic video games, or other gaming <br />devices. <br /> <br />(g) Public rest rooms shall be locked at all times and <br />available only through the request of the attendant on <br />duty. <br /> <br />(h) service corridors shall be locked during all normal <br />business hours. storage/access doors shall be 1 3/4 inch <br />thick and secured with an approved dead bolt and non- <br />removable hinge pins. <br /> <br />(i) Rear exits are prohibited unless required by either the <br />Building Code or the Fire Code. The City council of <br />the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would have adopted <br />this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that anyone or <br />more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or <br />portions be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br />SECTION 4: <br /> <br />Neither the adoption of this ordinance nor the <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />i <br />\ <br />
