Bristol Street. <br /> <br />On both sides, fifty (50) feet from construction center <br />line, between Sunflower Avenue and Warner Avenue and between <br />Santiago Creek and the Garden Grove Freeway. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />SECTION 6: That section 41-701.5 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 7: That section 41-733 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-733. <br /> <br />specific plans for <br />establishment, scope. <br /> <br />street <br /> <br />alignment; <br /> <br />The following specific plans for street alignment are <br />hereby established and reestablished with survey center lines <br />and/or construction center lines and with right-of-way lines, <br />between which lines no person shall erect, move in or <br />structurally alter any building or structure; excepting <br />however, nothing herein is intended to prohibit the <br />construction or erection of a hedge, masonry wall or fence, <br />provided said hedge, masonry wall or fence meets with the <br />provisions of the district within which it is located and all <br />other provisions of this Code. Parking spaces located in the <br />area between a street and its future right-of-way line as <br />established by a specific plan for street alignment shall not <br />be included in the determination of whether the uses served by <br />those parking spaces have sufficient parking spaces under the <br />off-street parking requirements of this chapter. <br /> <br />SECTION 8: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by adding a section, to be numbered 41-749.2, which said <br />section reads as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-749.2. specific plan for street Alignment No. 55. <br /> <br />Bristol Street between Warner Avenue and santiago Creek. <br /> <br />SECTION 9: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to be <br />invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity <br />of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The city Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would have adopted <br />this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that anyone or <br />more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or <br />portions be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br />3 <br />
