<br />ORDINANCE NS-2138 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />003 <br /> <br />week, except such parking limitations shall not be operative <br />on any legal holiday: <br /> <br />(\, <br /> <br />(i) The area bounded by civic Center Drive on the <br />south, Flower street on the west, Washington <br />Avenue on the north, and Broadway on the east, <br />exclusive of said perimeter streets. <br /> <br />(ii) Both sides of Ross street between Fourth <br />street and civic Center Drive. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to be <br />invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity <br />of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
