NS-2140 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY <br />TO ACHIEVE CONSISTENCY WITH THE GENERAL <br />PLAN AND WITH CURRENT OR PROPOSED USES <br />OF SUCH PROPERTIES (AA 1052, AS IT <br />PERTAINS TO THE AREA NORTH OF FIRST <br />STREET BETWEEN SPURGEON AND LACY <br />STREETS) <br /> <br />1 <br />I <br />025 I <br />I <br />I <br />REL: 7/5/91 I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 1052 has been filed to make <br />certain changes in the zoning district designations of various <br />properties located in the City as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council prior to adopting this ordinance, has <br />reviewed the initial environmental study prepared for this project, <br />and has approved the Negative Declaration for this project based <br />thereon; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this council, after duly noticed public hearing has <br />determined the changes in use district designation proposed in the <br />abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That exhibit numbered 4, attached hereto, is hereby <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />2. The following area delineated in Exhibit 4 is hereby <br />reclassified from its current use district to the use district <br />specified for it hereinbelow: <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />Area <br /> <br />Use District <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />R2 (Two-family residence) <br /> <br />3. An amended Sectional District Map number 7-5-9 showing the <br />above described change in use district designation is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br />4. Any real property which on or before the date of adoption <br />of this Ordinance meets either or both of the following conditions <br />shall, at the option of the owner of the property, be subject to <br /> <br />1 <br />
