Gravel cover or any porus material is not permitted. <br />An annual inspection of the parking area shall be requested by the <br />facility and completed by the Planning Division's Code Enforcement <br />Official. All necessary repairs and resurfacing for cracks and <br />wear shall be completed by the company's owner within 30 days of <br />written notification requiring such repairs. <br /> <br />(b) On properties deeper than one hundred and fifty <br />feet, a turnaround facility with a forty (40) foot radi s or <br />current fire department standards for internal circulation s all be <br />required to provide for satisfactory on-site vehicle move ent and <br />to prevent the need to back up into traffic. <br /> <br />(c) A twenty (20) foot wide circulation path/fi lane shall <br />be designated and marked. This area shall be maint ned open and <br />clear at all times. No storage of vehicles or mat rials shall be <br />permitted within the circulation path. <br /> <br /> <br />(d) A thirty (30) foot long by twenty <br />lane shall be provided outside and <br /> <br /> <br />foot wide stacking <br />the gate area. <br /> <br />(e) Security gates shall be a maxi m of 24 feet wide and <br />shall not be viewable from the street w n opened.
