ORDINANCE NS-2160 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> (d) Park means the same as defined in section 31-1 of <br />this Code. <br /> <br /> (e) Store means to put aside or accumulate for use when <br />needed, to put for safekeeping, to place or leave in a <br />location. <br /> <br /> (f) Street means the same as defined in section 1-2 of <br />this Code. <br /> <br />seotion 10-402. Unlawful Camping. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to camp, occupy camp <br />facilities or use camp paraphernalia in the following areas, <br />except as otherwise provided: <br /> <br /> (a) any street; <br /> (b) any public parking lot or public area, <br />unimproved. <br /> <br />improved or <br /> <br />seotion 10-403. In any case in which a person is arrested <br />pursuant to this section and the person arrested does not <br />demand to be taken before a magistrate, said officer or <br />employee making the arrest shall prepare a written notice to <br /> <br /> <br />
