NS- 2169 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. <br />52 TO ALLOW AUTOMOBILE REPAIR USES <br />SUBJECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, by its Ordinance No. NS-2007, adopted <br />May 1, 1989, rezoned certain property located generally at 2015 <br />North Tustin Avenue, and more specifically described in said <br />ordinance, to the SD (Specific Development) District and adopted <br />Specific Development Plan No. 52 for such property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as originally adopted, Specific Development Plan No. <br />52 did not allow automobile repair uses other than certain <br />automobile service uses involving minor repairs; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to allow other automobile repair <br />uses provided they are subject to the ability of the City to <br />condition and limit such uses through the conditional use permit <br />process; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN that Specific Development Plan No. 52 is amended by adding <br />item 6 to section C thereof, to read as follows: <br /> <br />6.
