NS- 2175 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 115 <br /> AND 119 EAST OCCIDENTAL STREET AND 1810- <br /> 1812 SOUTH CYPRESS AVENUE FROM THE Cl <br /> (COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT TO THE <br /> R1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE) DISTRICT <br /> (AA NO. 1058) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 1058 has been filed to make <br />certain changes in the zoning district designation of certain <br />property located at 115 and 119 East occidental Street and 1810- <br />1812 South Cypress Avenue as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designation proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application is justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those parcels of real property designated in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are hereby <br />reclassified from the Cl (Community Commercial) district to the Ri <br />(Single-Family Residence) district. <br /> <br /> 2.
