391 REL:8/26/92 ORDINANCE NO. NS-2177 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 20, PERTAINING TO THE FHP INC. DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Santa Ana, by its Ordinance No. NS-1724, adopted April 2, 1984, approved Specific Development Plan No. 20 for property located on the north side of civic Center Drive between Louise Street and Flower Street; and WHEREAS, the development standards set forth Development Plan No. 20 require, among other things, sacs be implemented in accordance with the Civic Specific Plan recommended Street treatment plan; and in Specific that cul-de- Center Drive WHEREAS, FHP, Inc. now proposes to develop property located at 1111 West civic Center Drive in the area subject to Specific Development Plan No. 20 in a manner which calls for cul-de-sacs on Westwood Avenue and Towner Street north of civic Center Drive; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN that section 7 ("Street Treatment") of Specific Development Plan No. 20 is hereby amended by adding the following sentence thereto: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this section, Westwood Avenue and Towner Street may be closed at civic Center Drive through the construction of cul-de-sacs on such streets south of Tenth Street and the abandonment of the right-of-way of such streets immediately to the north of Civic Center Drive.
