ORDINANCE NO. NS-2191 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br />RELATING TO STANDARDS AND <br />CORRECTIONS PROGRAM <br /> <br />OF SANTA ANA <br />TRAINING FOR <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: While receiving any State Aid pursuant to Article <br />3 (commencing with Section 6040) of Chapter 5 of Title 7 of Part <br />III of the California Penal Code, the City of Santa Ana will adhere <br />to the standards for selection and training established by the <br />Board of Corrections. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 5th day of ~ April , 1993. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />~c~fieri~eo~' thGUeYcou/ncil~/ <br /> <br />~el 'H.
