Washing large wall areas with light to create shadows <br />from landscape materials may be used. <br /> <br />Lighting along the Concourse Drive shall be carried out <br />as part of the unified scheme to help create festive <br />recreational atmosphere. <br /> <br />On-Site Buildina Liahtlnq. <br /> <br />Service area lighting for large uses shall be contained <br />within service yard boundaries with light sources <br />concealed. <br /> <br />Building illumination and architectural lighting will be <br />creative and reinforce the design theme. Indirect wall <br />lighting or "raw wall washing" overhead downlighting, <br />will be utilized throughout the commercial development. <br /> <br />In residential areas, warm simple lighting will be <br />employed. These components could include uplighting of <br />building entrances and courtyard trees, subtle soft <br />lighting effects, washing of walls with light from <br />concealed ground sources. <br /> <br />In residential areas the use of specialized lighting <br />effects such as neon and internally illuminated signs <br />shall be avoided as shall any blinding, bright or flashy <br />effects. <br /> <br />Lighting shall not cast any glare onto adjacent lots and <br />streets outside the perimeters of the Main Street <br />Concourse project in such a manner as to decrease the <br />safety of pedestrian and vehicular movement. <br /> <br />Architectural lighting should be used to articulate the <br />particular building design. <br /> <br />Required Minimum Maintained Illuminance Levels. <br /> <br />Classification <br /> <br />Minimum <br />Maintained <br />Horiz.
