, <br /> <br />PURPOSE: <br /> <br />THE PURPOSE OF THIS REPORT IS TO EVALUATE SIXTY-SEVEN <br />(+/-) PROPERTIES THROUGHOUT THE CITY, AS POSSIBLE SITES <br />FOR RELOCATION OF INDIVIDUALS DISPLACED BY THE BRISTOL <br />STREET WIDENING PROJECT. <br /> <br />PROCESS: <br /> <br />THE EVALUATION PROCESS CONSISTED OF LOCATING THE <br />PROPERTIES, DETERMINING THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATION, <br />ZONING, DEVELOPMENT FEASIBILITY AND POTENTIAL COST OF <br />THE PROPERTY. THE PROPERTIES WERE PRIMARILY ZONED R2 <br />AND R3. THEIR GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATIONS RANGED FROM <br />GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (GBD), LOW DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL (LR), LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (I/~R), <br />MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MR) AND PARKING (P). <br /> <br />THE PROPERTIES STUDIED ARE LOCATED IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS <br />THROUGHOUT THE CITY. THE PROPERTIES WERE CONSIDERED TO <br />BE VACANT OR UNDER UTILIZED. THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES <br />RANGE IN SIZE FROM 2500 SQ.FT. TO 2.5 ACRES. <br /> <br />THE POTENTIAL COST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY IS BASED <br />ON A FLAT RATE OF $15.00/SQ.FT..
