Redevelopment Plan <br /> for the <br />Bristol Corridor Project Area <br /> <br />Blighting Characteristics of Project Area Parcels <br /> <br />Parcels within the Bristol Corridor Project Area were analyzed to <br />determine the presence of additional blighting characteristics <br />which may not have been identified or adequately addressed in the <br />Report to Council. The following list identifies these parcels and <br />delineates which of the hereinafter defined blighting criteria <br />apply to each: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br /> 4. <br /> <br />Commercially zoned parcels having less than the minimum <br />required 15,000 square feet area. <br /> <br />Commercially zoned parcels having less than the minimum <br />required 120 feet of frontage. <br /> <br />Lots of irregular configuration sufficient to restrict proper <br /> <br />utilization. <br /> <br />Parcels evidencing crime-related problems or those located <br />within the highest quartile of grids within the city, as <br />ranked by incidents of criminal activity. <br /> <br />Incompatible land <br />within commercial <br /> <br />uses, such as single-family residential <br />zones, or conflicting commercial uses. <br /> <br />6.
