NS~214 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING THE SANTA ANA AUTO MALL FROM <br />THE Mi (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT TO <br />THE SD (SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT <br />AND ADOPTING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />NO. 60 (AA NO. 1065) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 1065 has been filed to change the zoning <br />district designation of the Santa Ana Auto Mall as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> Wq~EREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has determined <br />that the change in use district designation proposed in the abovesaid ~endment <br />Application is justified by the public necessity, convenience and general <br />welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That parcel of real property designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the Mi (Light <br />Industrial) district to the SD (Specific Development) district. <br /> <br /> 2. Specific Development Plan No. 60, set forth in Exhibit B, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved for the above- <br />described real property. <br /> <br /> 3. Amended Sectional District Maps numbers 17-5-9 and 20-5-9 showing the <br />above described change in use district designation are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 18th day of January , 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~_a~lce C.
