Building Setbacks. <br /> <br />(1) Showroom buildings. <br /> <br />The glazed surface of all showrooms shall be a <br />minimum of forty (40) feet and a maximum of one <br />hundred (100) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />(2) Service structures. <br /> <br />Ail service buildings shall be setback a minimum of <br />eighty-five (85) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />B. Building Height. <br /> <br />No structure shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in <br />height. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />showroom buildings. <br /> <br />The glazed portion of all showrooms shall be a <br />minimum of sixteen (16) feet and a maximum of <br />thirty (30) feet. office space attached to the <br />showroom structure may exceed the height of the <br />showroom, but shall not exceed thirty (30) feet. <br /> <br />(2) Service/Accessory structures. <br /> <br />The height of all service and accessory buildings <br />shall not exceed twenty-four feet. <br /> <br />C. Protective Screening. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Each service area and bulk car storage area for <br />each lot shall be screened from public view along <br />streets, freeway and each plaza within the Auto <br />Mall. The screening shall consist of a minimum <br />six-foot high and maximum eight-foot high masonry <br />wall and landscaping per the Auto Mall's landscape <br />requirements. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The service area shall be screened from and or <br />oriented away from public view including the <br />freeway. <br /> <br /> <br />
