Streetscape and Offsite Areas. <br /> <br />The streetscape and offsite areas shall be maintained per <br />the approved overall landscape plan and the Auto Mall <br />Design and Development Standards. <br /> <br />B. On-site Landscaping Requirements. <br /> <br />(1) There shall be a front yard of not less than seven <br /> (7) feet, except at approved display areas. <br /> <br />Each dealership/lot shall have five (5) percent of <br />the on-site area exclusive of all building <br />footprints and street oriented landscaping in <br />landscaped area. Each planter area shall be <br />landscaped per the Commercial Landscape Design <br />Guidelines. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The plant materials utilized for on-site <br />landscaping shall be per the designated landscape <br />palette found in the Auto Mall's Architectural <br />Design Standards. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />C. Hardscape Materials. <br /> <br />Paving materials shall be limited to the following: <br /> <br />(1) Concrete pavers matching those used in the adjacent <br /> streetside dealer display areas. <br /> <br />Exposed aggregate concrete. Exposed aggregate <br />shall be a maximum diameter of 1/2 inch with a <br />maximum surface retardant of "medium reveal" <br />applied. Integral color of the concrete shall be <br />approved by the Architectural Review Board. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />(3) Plain concrete with a broom finish. <br /> <br />- (4) Asphalt concrete. <br /> <br /> <br />
