NS- 2228 <br /> <br />REL: 6/14;94 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED <br />BETWEEN ENGLISH AND TOWNSEND STREETS, <br />NORTH OF FIFTH STREET, FROM THE R2 (TWO- <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) AND C2 (GENERAL <br />COMMERCIAL) DISTRICTS TO THE Ri (SINGLE- <br />FAMILY RESIDENCE) DISTRICT (A3~ NO. 1067) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 1067 has been filed to make <br />certain changes in the zoning district designation of certain <br />property located between English and Townsend streets, north of <br />Fifth Street, as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designation proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application is justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those parcels of real property designated in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are hereby <br />reclassified from the R2 (Two-family Residential) and C2 (General <br />Commercial) districts to the Ri (Single-Family Residence) district. <br /> <br /> 2.
