NS- 2261 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1351 EAST DYER ROAD FROM THE M1 (LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT TO THE SD (SPECIFIC <br />DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT AND AMENDING <br />SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 12 (AA NO. <br />95-03) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 95-03 has been filed to change the <br />zoning district designation of certain property located at 1351 East Dyer Road <br />as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed p~bliC hearing, has determined <br />that the change in use district designation proposed in the abovesaid Amendment <br />Application is Justified by the public necessity, convenience and general <br />welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That parcel of real property designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the M1 (Light <br />Industrial) district to the SD (Specific Development) district. <br /> <br /> 2. Specific Development Plan No. 12, previously approved by this Council <br />for property to the north and west of the property designated in Exhibit A, is <br />hereby amended to (1) include the property designated in Exhibit A, and (2) add <br />"gas stations/minimarkets" to the list of uses permitted subject to the issuance <br />of a conditional use permit, as set forth in clause A.11 Of Section 3 of the said <br />specific development plan. <br /> <br /> 3. Amended Sectional District Map number 30-5-9 showing the above <br />described change in use district designation is hereby approved. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 21st day of <br /> <br />Auqust , 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> c.
