NS- 2266 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTAANA REZONING <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF <br />GRAND AVENUE SOUTH OF FAIRHAVEN AVENUE FROM <br />THE A1 (GENERAL AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE <br />C5 (ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT (AA NO.95-5) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 95-5 has been filed to make a certain <br />change in the zoning district designation of certain property located on the west <br />side of Grand Avenue south of Fairhaven Avenue as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has determined <br />that the change in use district designation proposed in the abovesaid Amendment <br />Application are Justified by the public necessity, convenience and general <br />welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ARA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located on the west side of Grand Avenue <br />south of Fairhaven Avenue and designated in Exhibits 1 and 2, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the A1 (General <br />Agricultural) district to the C5 (Arterial Commercial) district. <br /> <br /> 2. Amended Sectional District Map number 6-5-9, showing the above <br />described change in use district designation, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 3.
