NS-2269 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. <br />8, PERTAINING TO THE BROOKHOLLOW OFFICE <br />PARK DEVELOPMENT, TO REVISE THE LISTING <br />OF PERMITTED USES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, by its Ordinance No. <br />NS-1360, adopted in April, 1977, approved Specific Development Plan No. 8 for the <br />Brookhollow Office Park development site, located generally between Grand Avenue, <br />Warner Avenue, and the State Route 55 freeway; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning commission of the city of Santa Ana, after duly <br />noticed public hearing, has recommended that the listing of permitted uses <br />established for the Brookhollow Office Park development be revised as hereinafter <br />set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after duly noticed public hearing, concurs in <br />the recommendation of the Planning commission; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN that <br />Specific Development Plan No. 8 is amended in the following particulars: <br /> <br /> 1. Section B under the heading "Site Requirements" is amended as set <br />forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2.
