NS-2286 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2626 NORTH BRISTOL <br />STREET FROM THE R1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) <br />DISTRICT TO THE Cl (COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL) DIS- <br />TRICT (AA NO. 96-1) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-1 has been filed to make certain <br />changes in the zoning district designations of certain property located at 2626 <br />North Bristol Street as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has determined <br />that the change in use district designations proposed in the abovesaidAmendment <br />Application are Justified by the public necessity, convenience and general <br />welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 2626 North Bristol Street and <br />designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br />is hereby reclassified from the RI (Single-Family Residential) district to the <br />Cl (Community Commercial) district. <br /> <br /> 2.
