NS-229~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1718 WEST SIXTH STREET FROM THE Cl <br />( COI~IUNITY CONMERCIAL ) AND R2 (TWO- <br />FAMILY RESIDENCE) DISTRICTS TO THE SD <br /> (SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT AND <br />ADOPTING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. <br />61 (AA NO. 96-2) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-2 has been filed to change the zoning <br />district designation of certain property located at 1718 West Sixth Street as <br />hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has determined <br />that the change in use district designation proposed in the abovesaid Amendment <br />Application is justified by the public necessity, convenience and general <br />welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS~ <br /> <br /> 1. Those parcels of real property designated in Exhibits i and 2, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are hereby reclassified from the C1 <br />(Community commercial) and R2 (Two-Family Residence) districts to the SD <br />(Specific Development) district. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain document entitled, "st. Francis Home, Facilities Master <br />Plan, 1718 West Sixth Street, Santa Aha, CA, Amendment Application No. 96-02, <br />Specific Development No. 61," dated March, 1996, on file in the Office of the <br />Clerk of the Council, incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby approved <br />and adopted as Specific Development Plan No. 61 for the property specified in <br />Section I of this ordinance. The Clerk of the Council is directed to designate <br />the adoption by this ordinance of said document as Specific Development Plan No. <br />61 on the face thereof and to maintain the same in the files of her office. <br /> <br /> 3.
