NS- 2295 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. <br />19 TO ALLOW CARE HOMES IN THE FRENCH <br />PARK HISTORIC DISTRICT SUBJECT TO THE <br />ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, by its Ordinance No. NS-1723, adopted <br />April 2, 1984, rezoned property in the area known as French Park, <br />more specifically described in said ordinance, to the SD (Specific <br />Development) District and adopted Specific Development PlanNo. 19 <br />for such property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as originally adopted, <br />52 did not allow care homes; and <br /> <br />Specific Development Plan No. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to allow care homes in the French <br />Park Historic District, provided they are subject to the ability of <br />the City to condition and limit such uses through the conditional <br />use permit process; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN that Specific Development Plan No. 19 is amended by adding <br />item F to section 3 thereof, to read as follows: <br /> <br />F.
