ORDINANCE NO. NS- 2301 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REVISING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. <br />19 FOR THE FRENCH PARK HISTORIC DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, by its Ordinance No. NS-1723, adopted <br />April 2, 1984, rezoned property in the area known as French Park, <br />more specifically described in said ordinance, to the SD (Specific <br />Development) District and adopted Specific Development Plan No. 19 <br />for such property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to revise Specific Development Plan <br />No. 19; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN that Specific Development Plan No. 19 is revised to read as <br />set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 7th <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> t :YCou <br /> <br />day of October , 1996. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Pulido <br />Richardson Aye <br />Espinoza _Aye <br />Lutz <br />McGuigan Ave <br />Mills Aye <br />Moreno Aye <br /> <br /> <br />
