ORDINANCE NO. NS-2314 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2330 WEST EDINGER <br />AVENUE FROM THE C5 (ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL) DIS- <br />TRICT TO THE C1 (COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL) DIS- <br />TRICT (AA NO. 96-11) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-11 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designations of certain <br />property located at 2330 West Edinger Avenue as hereinafter set <br />forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designations proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 2330 West Edinger <br />Avenue and designated in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorpo- <br />rated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the C5 <br />(Arterial Commercial) district to the Cl (Community Commercial) <br />district. <br /> <br /> 2.
