NS- 2315 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2730 MAINPLACE <br />DRIVE FROM THE C2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DIS- <br />TRICT TO THE O (OPEN SPACE) DISTRICT (AA NO. <br />96-12) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-12 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designations of certain <br />property located at 2730 Mainplace Drive as hereinafter set forth; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designations proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 2730 Mainplace Drive <br />and designated in Exhibits 1 and 2, attached hereto and incorporat- <br />ed herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the C2 (General <br />Commercial) district to the O (Open Space) district. <br /> <br /> 2. Amended Sectional District Map number 36-4-10, showing the <br />above described changes in use district designations, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 3rd day of March , 1997. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ce C.
