NS~318 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTY LOCATED ON <br />NORTH BUSH STREET AND SANTA CLARA AVENUE <br />FROM THE R-2 (TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) <br />DISTRICT TO THE R-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT (AA NO. 96-14) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-14 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designations of various <br />property located on North Bush Street and East Santa Clara Avenue <br />as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designations proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 2303, 2305, and 2307 <br />North Bush Street and 202, 204, and 210 East Santa Clara Avenue and <br />designated in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, is hereby reclassified from the R-2 (Two-Family <br />Residential) district to the R-1 (single Family Residential) <br />district. <br /> <br /> 2. Amended Sectional District Map number 6-5-9, showing the <br />above described changes in use district designations, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 17th <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> c.
