NS-2319 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTY LOCATED ON <br />NORTH BUSH STREET, EAST 20TH STREET AND <br />NORTH SPURGEON STREET FROM THE R-3 <br />(MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT <br />TO THE R-2 (TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) <br />DISTRICT (AA NO. 96-16) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-16 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designations of various <br />property located on North Bush Street, East 20th Street and North <br />Spurgeon Street as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designations proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 2003, 2015, 2025, <br />2033, 2035, 2053, 2057, 2059, 2061 North Bush Street; 211, 215, <br />219, 221, 223, 227 East 20th Street; and 1714-1919 North Spurgeon <br />Street and designated in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the <br />R-3 (Multiple Family Residential) district to the R-2 (Two-Family <br />Residential) district. <br /> <br /> 2.
