NS- 2322 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1935 EAST SEVEN- <br />TEENTH STREET FROM THE R1-B (SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL PARKING) DISTRICT TO THE C5 (ARTE- <br />RIAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT (AA NO. 97-01) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 97-01 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designations of certain <br />property located at 1935 East Seventeenth Street as hereinafter set <br />forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designations proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 1935 East Seven- <br />teenth Street and designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the <br />R1-B (Single Family Residential Parking) district to the C5 <br />(Arterial Commercial) district. <br /> <br /> 2. Amended Sectional District Map number 5-5-9, showing the <br />above described changes in use district designations, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 2nd <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ice C.
