NS- 2324 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY GENERALLY BOUNDED BY DORMA/~ <br />STREET, FAIRMONT STREET, AND LINCOLN AVENUE <br />LOCATED FROM THE TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE <br />DISTRICT (R2) TO THE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />ZONE DISTRICT (RI) (AA NO. 96-15) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-15 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designations of certain <br />property generally bounded by Dorman Street, Fairmont Street, and <br />Lincoln Avenue as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designations proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property generally bounded by Dorman <br />Street, Fairmont Street, and Lincoln Avenue and designated in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is <br />hereby reclassified from the R2 (Two-Family Residential) district <br />to the R1 (Single-Family Residential) district. <br /> <br /> 2.
