NS-2325 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING <br /> CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON SOUTH SANTIAGO <br /> STREET FROM THE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE <br /> DISTRICT (Ri) TO THE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDEN- <br /> TIAL-PARKING ZONE DISTRICT (Ri-B) (AA NO. 96- <br /> 17) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-17 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designations of certain <br />property located on South Santiago Street as hereinafter set forth; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hea~ing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designations proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTAANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 1609, 1615, 1619, <br />and 1623 South Santiago Street and designated in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby <br />reclassified from the Ri (Single-Family Residential) district to <br />the R1-B (Single-Family Residential-Parking) district. <br /> 2.
