NS- 2337 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED <br />ON NORTH FALLBROOK DRIVE FROM THE SINGLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R1) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE <br />OPEN SPACE (O) ZONE DISTRICT (AA NO. 97-04) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 97-04 has been filed to <br />make certain changes in the zoning district designations of certain <br />property located on North Fallbrook Drive as hereinafter set forth; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has <br />determined that the change in use district designations proposed in <br />the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain real property located at 2913, 2917, 2923, <br />2929, 2933, and 2937 North Fallbrook Drive and designated in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is <br />hereby reclassified from the RI (Single Family Residential) <br />district to the O (Open Space) district. <br /> <br /> 2.
